Shipping and returns

Products are shipped regularly, within a maximum of 48 hours after your order.

Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link; you will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: tracking information typically appears about 4 days after dispatch.

After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, followed by a second one notifying you of your order's shipment.

Please monitor your order's tracking, as it may be awaiting collection at the post office even if you haven't received a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Good to know: the post office holds your package for 15 days; after this period, it is returned to the sender. You will then be asked for compensation to reship your order.

When placing your order, you have a period of 2 hours to cancel it via our contact form in the section; once this period has passed, a refund can only be processed upon full receipt of your order at our premises.

This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
