Important: Bulléo does not manufacture all the goods sold but selects its products from suppliers who comply with current manufacturing and quality standards for those not from destocking.

Access to professional and commercial rules

Bulléo adheres to the commercial practices applicable to distance selling in France and complies with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Section 1 – Online Contract Conclusion Steps

The customer selects their products and adds them to the cart.
Before final validation, they can view the summary, modify, or delete items.
To validate the order, they must check the "I accept the GTC" box and proceed with secure payment.
A summary confirmation email is sent after validation.
In case of an abnormally high quantity order (more than 100 units of the same product), Bulléo reserves the right to refuse the order.

Section 2 – Contract Archiving and Access

Contracts, orders, and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium.
The customer can access them for any order equal to or exceeding €120.

Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Guarantees

Legal conformity guarantee (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
Hidden defects guarantee (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In case of a defective product, Bulléo will refund, exchange, or repair the product. Return costs are covered upon presentation of proof.

Section 4 – Delivery

Average delivery times: 3 to 4 working days.
Main carrier: UPS (90% of shipments).
Delivery costs: €4.99 for any order < €50; free for purchases over €50.
In case of product unavailability, the customer will be informed, and a solution (refund, equivalent product) will be offered.

Section 5 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT (VAT included or exempt depending on the company's tax regime).
For deliveries outside France, customs duties or local taxes may apply (at the customer's expense).

Section 6 – Payment and Security

Accepted payment methods: bank cards via Stripe and PayPal.
Payments are secured via SSL protocol; no banking data is stored by Bulléo.
Payment is collected upon order validation.

Section 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Bulléo undertakes to refund the sums paid within a maximum of 30 days.

Section 8 – Contract Duration and Price Validity

Products remain the property of Bulléo until full payment.
Offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the site and within the limits of available stock.

Section 9 – Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.

Data is collected solely for order processing and customer relationship management, in accordance with the GDPR.
